The FRIL™ Ecosystem was developed to address a central leadership challenge:

The FRIL™ Pilot Cohort invites a select group of districts to engage in a disciplined, systems-level examination of leadership, instructional alignment, and systemic conditions that shape student outcomes.

This is not another program.

It is a structured lens for seeing clearly.

FRIL™ Diagnostic

A research-informed leadership systems assessment examining:

  • Instructional reality

Blueprint Lab Experience

A facilitated leadership session designed to:

  • Interpret diagnostic findings
  • Identify high-leverage system shifts
  • Pressure-test current priorities
  • Develop focused action sprints

Coherence Snapshot Report

Participating districts receive:

  • Visualized diagnostic data
  • System strength indicators
  • Targeted leadership recommendations
  • Blueprint next steps

  • Contribute to the refinement of a nationally scalable leadership model

Pilot Commitment

Participating districts agree to

  • Complete the FRIL™ Diagnostic as a leadership team
  • Participate in one facilitated Blueprint Lab session
  •  Provide structured feedback to strengthen the model

All shared data will be anonymized for research and model refinement.
